Beyond the Basics: Jars and Lids

Designed for students who have completed at least one 6-week wheel throwing course, this class focuses on refining your skills in creating jars and matching lids. You’ll explore techniques for centering, pulling walls, trimming, and achieving tight-fitting lids while developing consistency and precision in your forms. The course also covers surface treatment, texture, and finishing techniques to enhance your pieces. 

This class is best suited for students who are confident in centering clay and throwing basic forms, and who are eager to deepen their practice in a focused, studio-style environment.
