K-2nd Summer Camp: All the Arts: Studio Sampler
Description
Young artists will explore a wide variety of materials and techniques as they paint, draw, sculpt, weave, collage, and experiment with mixed media projects. This camp is perfect for curious creators who love trying new things and discovering favorite art forms while building confidence and creativity in a supportive studio environment. Students will work on multiple projects throughout the week that encourage imagination, playful exploration, and hands-on discovery.
Our young artists will:
- Experiment with color mixing and brush techniques in painting
- Build drawing confidence through fun, imaginative prompts
- Create beginner-friendly clay and sculptural projects
- Learn simple fiber skills using safe, age-appropriate tools
- Design layered mixed media collages
The week concludes with a special exhibition for families on Friday from 12:00–12:30pm at the EAC, where students’ creations will be on display.
