K-2nd Summer Camp: Clay and Sculpture: Tiny Town Builders
Description
Students will design and construct miniature towns, buildings, and imaginative environments using clay and sculptural materials. From cozy cottages to fantasy villages, young artists will explore building techniques while developing spatial awareness and storytelling through hands-on construction.
Our young artists will:
-
Sculpt miniature houses and buildings
-
Design roads, landscapes, and town features
-
Build vehicles, people, landscape, and architectural details
-
Use clay as well as mixed media to design a variety of little villages
-
Paint their clay creations with brightly colored glazes
The week concludes with a special exhibition for families on Friday from 12:00–12:30pm at the EAC, where students’ creations will be on display.
