3rd-5th Summer Camp: Clay and Sculpture: Fantasy and Folklore

Students will explore myth, legend, and imaginative storytelling through sculptural projects that bring fantasy creatures and folklore-inspired worlds to life. This camp emphasizes character design, environmental storytelling, and advanced texture techniques within clay and mixed media sculpture.

Our artists will:

• Sculpt fantasy creatures and mythological characters

• Build imaginative environments and habitats

• Experiment with texture and surface design, including glaze and paint

• Use paper mache and other mixed media to build characters and environments

• Learn about ancient myths and legends

The week concludes with a special exhibition for families on Friday from 3:00-3:30pm at the EAC, where students’ creations will be on display.

Age: 3rd-5th Grade.  Must have completed 3rd, 4th, or 5th grade.
