9th-12th Grade - Ceramics: Narrative Art

In this class, students will explore storytelling through clay. Over the course of the class, students will develop ideas and translate personal or imaginative narratives into sculptural and functional ceramic forms. Emphasis will be placed on concept development, symbolism, and surface design, alongside refining handbuilding and glazing techniques. Students will be encouraged to take creative risks and create meaningful, expressive work in a supportive studio environment.
