Adults - Colored Pencil Techniques: Botanical Art

This colored pencil drawing class invites students to slow down and closely observe the natural world through botanical illustration. Using leaves, flowers, and other plant forms as inspiration, participants will learn techniques for layering color, building rich textures, and capturing fine details with precision. The class will explore color blending, light and shadow, and subtle variations in form to create drawings that feel both vibrant and lifelike. With an emphasis on patience and observation, students will develop their skills while creating beautiful, nature-inspired works.
