Dear Artist,
After a successful return in 2024, the ARTEAST Studio & Art Tour is back for its second year—and we invite you to be a part of it!
The Edwardsville Arts Center, Jacoby Arts Center, and Macoupin Art Collective are proud to once again collaborate on this vibrant event that celebrates the artists living and working in Madison County. ARTEAST not only showcases local talent but also brings visibility to the region’s diverse and thriving arts community.
ARTIST REQUIREMENTS:
- Must live or work in Madison or Macoupin Counties OR be an Art Organization in Metro East, Illinois
- Open their studios to the public, exhibit in a gallery, or show work in an alternative venue (such as a bank, restaurant, church, or retail space)
- Be present with their work for the duration of the event.
- Provide demonstrations or engage in dialogue about their work during the event.
- Submit the registration form and $35 fee by September 19th, 2025.
- Help promote the event in their own networks.
Promotion Highlights:
The Great Rivers & Routes Tourism Bureau will once again support ARTEAST with promotional efforts, including a digital tour map and mobile app to help visitors navigate the experience. Additional marketing will be done through press releases and on the websites and social media pages of EAC, JAC, and The MAC.
How to Register:
All participating artists must complete the registration form and pay the $35 fee
No registrations will be accepted after September 19th, 2025.

Who can participate?
Artists living or working in Madison or Macoupin County are eligible.
When is the event?
Saturday, November 22 & Sunday, November 23, 2025 | 12pm–6pm
Where does it take place?
Participants may open their own studios, show through a gallery, or exhibit in an alternative space (such as a frame shop, coffee shop, bank, etc.).
If you don’t have a studio or venue, we encourage you to partner with another artist or host to increase visibility and foot traffic.
Choose one site and plan to be present with your work during both days of the event.
(Meeting the artist is what visitors love most about ARTEAST!)
Locations with multiple artists consistently attract the most visitors, so grouping together is a great way to boost engagement and sales.
Know other artists who should be involved? Please spread the word and invite them to register.
